    Important note:  Effective June 2008, the Puerto Rican government will be charging $15 for a phytosanitary certificate (it used to be free).  This is a requirement for plant orders to all US states except MD, MT, ND, NE, NH, OH, RI, VT and WV, and for most other countries.  This is not a requirement for seed orders.  Please add one phytosanitary certificate per plant order to your shopping cart.  Thanks!!!
